What is the most powerful and moving phrase you have ever heard or read?

An old man at the airport told me this after I commented on my old fear of airplanes:
"You know, we look back on fearful times, and often wonder how we could have been afraid in the first place, because we are wiser and stronger now. So we go along, facing new times and braving new challenges, slowly letting our fears away. Until one day, when every fear but one is gone, the strongest of all: death. But once we are ready to look back again, it's always too late. Don't fear death, son. Embrace it.
And then, live free."

Kindness

Finished my lunch and I noticed a girl pacing heavily towards the entrance of Pollo Loco. I was heading out to my car when I noticed a middle aged woman with raggedy clothes sitting alone outside. Her eyes, they uttered nothing but pain, sorrow and despair. I felt like giving her change in my car but she never asked for it and I didn't want to mistakenly approach her and ask if she was homeless. Sat there for a minute. Luckily, the girl that was pacing heavily popped outside and gave her a cup and they both proceeded inside. I could only assume it was lunch on her.

Kindness.

If only more of us were like that girl.
